Shipping & Returns

Terms of delivery

We will deliver all orders of £50 or more for free to UK Mainland addresses only.

Orders will be despatched via royal mail or a suitable courier.

Most orders are delivered within 3-14 working days. However if an item is not in stock then we will notify you with a revised delivery date. You will then have the option to proceed or cancel. 

We will not accept liability for damaged goods signed for as 'in good condition' (if in any doubt goods should be signed for damaged).  If any or all goods are missing please inform the sender by email or fax within 24 hours. 

All deliveries require a signature as proof of receipt, if goods are returned to sender this will incur a redelivery charge plus £8 administration charges.

All good will be delivered to the credit/debit cards registered address unless otherwise stated. 

Returns and refunds

Any returns should be made within 7 working days in their original packaging. 

All refunds will be made via the same format that payment was made. We aim to refund within 7 working days of receipt.

Tolerances

All sizes given in the product descriptions are approximate. Due to the nature of fabrics there may be some variation in widths and drops. Our acceptable tolerances on the widths are +/- 2.5 cms , and +/- 3 cms on the drop. Where curtains are side hemmed the width will be reduced by approx. 2.5 cms.

We cannot guarantee exact colour or pattern matches between items.
